Maintenance Technician / Transport

Full time position at 64 hours bi-weekly;  8:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; Duties include but are not limited to a variety of maintenance related tasks including building and equipment repairs, apartment renovations and responding to work orders.  This includes mechanical, electrical, plumbing, carpentry and HVAC work.  Other duties are occasional transport of residents to appointments or shopping trips.  Experience in a retirement community, background in electrical field or communications preferred.

This position will also specialize in interior floor care of carpets and hard surface flooring. Experience in a retirement community preferred but not required. Hours may be flexible.
