Review the open positions and apply online or request a paper application. In all cases, the completed applications go to Human Resources.

The hiring manager conducts the first in-person interview. We invite successful candidates back for a peer group interview while we check references and run a background check.

Because of the nature of senior living, new employees must have a physical, drug test, and two-step tuberculosis test. This process takes approximately two weeks.

If you are the best fit for the job, the hiring manager will contact you with an offer. If you believe the job is a good fit for you, work with the hiring manager to schedule your orientation and first day.

We offer new employee orientation every other Tuesday, from 8 a.m. to approximately 4 p.m. You’ll review policies, select benefits, tour Chapel Pointe, receive training, break for lunch, and discover how person-centered care sets the tone for Chapel Pointe’s work and residential culture.
