Shift Available:
- Full Time - day shift; 80 hours per 2-week pay period; 8-hour shifts; includes occasional weekends and holidays as scheduled
Household Coordinator Overview:
Join our award-winning senior living community as a Household Coordinator and play a key leadership role within one of our five-star skilled nursing households. In this position, you will work with the household team to coordinate resident care, dining, life enrichment activities, and environmental services. You will help ensure that daily operations reflect each resident’s preferences and routines while maintaining high standards of quality, regulatory compliance, and person-centered care.

Your typical shift may include:
- Investing in people to promote positive relationships between residents, staff, and families in a resident-directed environment.
- Getting to know residents, caring for their psychosocial needs, and ensuring proper documentation of care.
- Assisting the household to create an interest-based activity plan.
- Working with the care plan team to develop an individualized care plan and discharge plan for each resident.
- Managing household supplies so staff have the resources they need to provide excellent service.
- Overseeing dining and environmental services within the household, ensuring residents are served fresh, high-quality meals and that the environment is clean, comfortable, and reflective of a home-like atmosphere.
- Providing education to staff, residents, and family members to help the household community thrive.
The Household Coordinator job may be for you if:
- You are a Certified Nursing Assistant in good standing to practice in PA or recently passed a state-approved program.
- You have some experience in social services, activities, and/or dietary services.
- You have excellent critical thinking skills that help you to prioritize residents’ needs.
- You understand the household processes and are committed to upholding a person-first culture, regulations, and a high standard of service.
