Personal Care at The Homestead

Here at The Homestead, residents enjoy personal dignity and independence in their own private accommodations, coupled with the reassurance of a professional, caring staff who provide assistance with daily activities.

In contrast to traditional personal care or assisted living programs, residents drive their own schedules with breakfast, bathing, sleeping and medication administration on flexible schedules designed around individual needs. Our residents get back something that’s lost in many facilities: the power to choose.

Expanding Personal Care for More Comfort & Choice

Chapel Pointe is currently expanding our Personal Care living options with four new studios and one spacious suite—each thoughtfully designed for comfort, accessibility, and independence. These brand-new spaces will feature:

Spacious living areas with room for couples and in some cases, queen beds
Extra space for parking a scooter or assistive device
Private, easy-to-navigate bathrooms with linen closets, grab bars, and shower seats
Large windows for abundant natural light
Furnished or unfurnished options to make it feel like home
Convenient access to dining, activities, and community spaces

Introducing the Kings Suite & Romans Studios

For the first time ever, the Kings Suite (733 sq. ft.) offers an apartment-style experience with a kitchenette—perfect for those who want the feeling of independent living with the security of personal care. We are also adding:

One Romans Studio (271 sq. ft.)
Three Romans Deluxe Studios (307 – 357 sq. ft.)

Set to open in early fall 2025, these modern spaces allow us to support the evolving needs of today’s seniors while enhancing care for all residents.

Personal Care Respite

During each four-week respite stay, residents enjoy every benefit of living in the personal care Homestead at Chapel Pointe, including things like three meals a day, 24/7 nursing oversight, activities, help with medications, social opportunities, and assistance with daily routines. In addition, a room furnished to feel like home and an all-inclusive daily rate make the transition simple.
