We want to help! Chapel Pointe partners with Dwell Happy to provide 20 hours of free downsizing, simplifying, and organizing support for residents moving into independent living apartments and townhomes. 

Dwell Happy Can Help With:

• Making a plan based on your vision, strengths, and frustration.
• Empowering you to keep only the things you love, need, and/or actually use. 
• Organizing by category. 
• Tackling the most daunting project in person and alongside you.
• Coaching so you can downsize on your own in between each 4-5 hour simplifying session. 
• Removing one car-load of donations at no extra cost and referring to appropriate providers for removal of other goods. 
• Planning for the space you will have in your new home. 
• After moving into your new home, organizing your most challenging areas – like the kitchen, closets, or floor plans with nooks – to make the most of your space.
