Just like each person has their own personality, each group of people has its own unique culture. Within the Chapel Pointe family, our culture unifies us and sets us apart from the crowd.
Jonathan Doty, Director of Development and Outreach, has held a variety of leadership roles at Chapel Pointe for more than 25 years. When he first started at Chapel Pointe, he even lived in an apartment that has since been converted into personal care / assisted living studios. Jonathan’s varied experience gives him unique insight into Chapel Pointe. He recently shared five reasons why the Chapel Pointe culture is special:
Chapel Pointe at Carlisle is a continuing care retirement community affiliated with the Christian and Missionary Alliance which serves and enhances the quality of life for people aged 62+ in Central Pennsylvania. We’re honored that our greater community sees the servant-heart of our local non profit organization and consistently selects Chapel Pointe as “The Best of Cumberland County.” With nonprofit jobs in a variety of fields, Chapel Pointe has even earned the honor of being the Best Place to Work in Cumberland County.
At Chapel Pointe, our mission extends beyond providing care — it’s about walking alongside residents through every season of life. Because of generous supporters, residents who outlive their financial resources can continue to call Chapel Pointe home, surrounded by love, dignity, and compassionate care.
If you believe in this mission, we invite you to consider becoming a partner in our ministry of benevolence. Your tax-deductible gift helps ensure that no resident faces uncertainty alone and that faith continues to guide everything we do.
